Instructions for authors

Abstract (required for oral and poster presentations): attach it to this registration form. Maximum 250 words, in English, prepared using the abstract template. Deadline: March 1st, 2027.

Full paper (optional): 4–6 pages including tables, figures and references, in English, prepared using the full paper template. Please do not submit the full paper before your abstract is accepted – authors of accepted abstracts will receive instructions for full paper submission by email. Deadline: April 15th, 2027.

Poster: dimensions should not exceed 80x90 cm.

One registration fee covers the printing of two manuscripts for the same author.
Registration fees will be entitled to a 50 % refund of the amount paid, net of bank charges. Deadline to claim a refund is an April 1st, 2027. Cancellations received after the mentioned deadline will not be eligible for any refund.
